At Kingsland Equestrian, we want to ensure you and your horse are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all equestrian technical tags attached to ensure the product remains in resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
